Mr. Perfecto is making a stop in Anaheim to face off against the man who just can’t be beat at home Jerome Williams. This seems to be a classic case of Unstoppable force vs Immovable object. I pray that the usual post perfect game terrible start syndrome that is typically recognized as a certified major league superstition holds true tonight. Then again I don’t think the Angels would have problems beating the Giants seeing as how they unfortunately happen to reside in the NL, a league that the Angels have no trouble strutting their stuff against.
Just like the series against the D’backs this game is going to be all about pitching, big man Cain gets to face off against a real offense while Williams gets to go head to head against a man who, for one day, was a perfect pitcher.
Should be a real fun night tonight in Anaheim.
